Returns & Exchanges

At Yetch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Yetch account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
